My travel was on the clock and I was so desperate by the fact that my covid result was not ready in another lab. I went to ARCpoint Plano and a tech called Rachael promised me to get my result with in an hour and I got my result on the spot. I was so excited and really recommend this lab.

Not only does this lab have reliable & knowledgeable personnel; the testing results are made available in a timely manner. I needed a COVID test for international travel urgently on a Saturday; they took me in after 1pm; I was in & out in 10 minutes and I received my results by 3pm on the same day. Their services are truly cost-effective and I highly recommend this place.

This lab/office maintains a high level of cleanliness and allows you to watch their every move as they work. They properly sanitize all items in front of you.

Gladys was very timely when responding to calls and emails. She won't take long to reply back to you. She is knowledgeable on the internal procedures of the lab and can answer any questions you have.

She and Hennessey were both very professional and polite during my visits to the lab. Hennessey and Gladys have a welcoming nature that you can trust. Gladys is a valuable asset to ARCpoint Labs.
