Romex Pest Control

I have been using Romex for years and really enjoy their plant based pest control options. We have never had an infestation of insects/rodents in the 2 years with Romex. Their technicians are very professional and considerate and pay attention to describe the services provided and ask if there are any new concerns or problem areas. Their technician Amos is wonderful and outstanding in the service provided in the multiple service calls he has done at our home. Their service and products are excellent!

Travis is an Excellent technician. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Takes time to do it right and goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Really enjoyed having him treat our home and feel at peace that we are taken care of until the next time.

Zach was very resourceful, and proactive. He made sure to address all my concerns, and followed up with answers promptly. He doesn’t just rush through to get the job done. He’s thorough, and actually cares to perform and see the service through as it should be completed. We greatly appreciate his service, and time. I have used Romex for a couple of years now and I have been pleased with the services that they provide.
Today, Johnny Lopez was the technician who came out for my regular service and a whole yard treatment. He went above and beyond to ensure that the yard was treated as specified in an earlier call to the office. He communicated the services that he was providing, performed them in a timely manner, and he checked in before departing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our service technician did an excellent job identifying and treating the source of our ant 🐜 problem.
