Worked with Ryan fro about a month, from pre-order all the way to riding out on a new model. He took care of all the details, so the pick up day was a breeze. “I bought a used 1500 cxdl from eBay and I love it it’s most assuredly they best way to smoke meat if your needing consistency and don’t have time to babysit a wood fire job, I still like my traditional pit when I wanna kick back and do some smoking with no time issues but this here is by far an easier and better finished product , I can add as much smoke flavor I want and you can still get the ring if you do it right I love it. Plus I can load it down and feed several hundred people with it if I prepare it right and if I wanna just do a rack or two of ribs I can use it and get the same results every time. Great product I’ll be buying accessories for it and anew one if this one tanks anytime soon , it’s worth every penny if you like to smoke food”
