“The experience of eating at Bob's is always wonderful. They lose a star at this location for the lack of finer touches. I ordered the KC strip seared well, medium in the middle. It was cut far too thick for a prime strip and came out lightly seared and rare in the middle. I didn't really enjoy it and it was definitely not memorable like most steaks at Bob's. The carrot cake I had for dessert was way over mixed and dense. Didn't care for that either. Everything else was very good.”

“From the valet to the front desk to housekeeping to the bar to the restaurants I experienced nothing but great service, good food and had a ball at the hotel! Went to the room to find a cowboy hat that I LOVED and wore my whole trip to Dallas! I loved the comfortable robe left on the bed for me too! Just everything was so good!!! I genuinely have no complaints at all!!! Even the rain on Memorial Day couldn’t take the smile off my face, we still got in the heated pool & the jacuzzi!!! I can’t wait to come back and stay at this beautiful hotel!!! Shout out to Austin my Valet who kept my car looking good and close by & called me by my name every time!!
