Their customer service is always more than what I expect. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help and accommodate my needs as best they can. Their automated system is annoying and website could be a little more user friendly, but their staff more than makes up for that. I would rather have a pleasurable in-person visit anyway! It’s a very good storage place which we found in short span of time. We were moving Plano and needed a storage close by our apt. Found it in online and on the way driving only we booked. Ms.Torrey stephens was awesome. She made everything ready before we reach here since we came late night. I would recommend if somebody looking for a good storage at reasonable cost.

Facility is in a great location and is well maintained. On-site staff are friendly and very professional. Had a unit at this facility for almost two years with no incidents or problems at all. Recently vacated due to relocation and they handled this easily and were quite helpful.
