If I could give more stars, I would. Its never an easy decision to enroll children in day care and then choosing the right one is even harder! I definitely feel like Powell KinderCare was the right choice. The staff all feel like family and my kids absolutely love their teachers! My son is two and has come out of his shy little shell so much and I'm blown away every day by the things he is learning. My daughter will be one in July and she lights up with excitement when I drop her off and has reached so many milestones since she started here in October. We are so happy that we found a place with people we trust who care about our kids!

my daughter attends daycare there in the infant room! And nothing makes me feel better than to see the smile on her face every morning when she sees her teacher and her room! She is a mama's girl and is shy but when she sees her Ms. Katy she gets so happy and willingly leaves my arms to go see her! That brings such a sense of security to me as a parent and warms my heart. Katy is amazing! She is so loving and fun with her and the other babies! She goes out of her way to make me the parent comfortable with all my little things I request of her for my daughter! She makes the daycare environment safe and comfortable as the parent and fun and loving for my daughter! I couldn't imagine her anywhere else during her infant year! Thank you Katy and Powell!

Our 17 month on son attends this daycare and he loves it! Every morning when we drop him off he runs into his room. Throughout the day we get updates through the Kindercare app including photos and video so we can see what our son is up to. The staff is great, especially his teacher Ms. Tiah. The location manager, Sandi, is very responsive. I would recommend this daycare.

My wife and I went in for a tour last night. We caught the assistant director, Nancy as she was leaving for the day. We didn't schedule the tour. We just happened to be in the neighborhood. We are expecting our baby in June and would be needing part-time care. We also have a two year old who we also would be needing part-time care for. We have done a lot of research for a right daycare. After reading the Google reviews of this center, we were a little unsure but we stopped by in person to see. Everyone was gone for the day and the business was already closed. Nancy did not turned us away. She simply dropped all her stuff and said, "yes, let me show you around." She didn't rush us. She answered all our questions. I have to say, we've toured many childcare centers, including a few kindercares in the area, Nancy's tour topped it off for us. Excellent customer service and execution. Unfortunately, they are only enrolling for full-time, but when we do decide to go full-time, we would definitely consider this center. In addition, we went to eat in a restaurant in the plaza afterwards. A family dining there overheard us talking. They let us know that their child goes there and they had lots of good things to say. The mom was surprised that Nancy was still there, it is now 730pm, and made a comment that Nancy was there at 645am when she had dropped off earlier in the day. I just want to say to Nancy, thank you for taking your time to talk to us. We appreciate this level of customer service, dedication and passion.
