Concentra Urgent Care

The professionalism combined with a clear sense of urgency and polite attitudes created an atmosphere of care at Concentra. After being closed for two days in row due to inclement weather conditions there were many patients in the waiting area. No one was complaining though, because of how well the staff set expectations.

If I ever needed to visit this type of emergency care room again Concentra would be my first choice. Thank you for providing a great experience for people that may not be feeling at their best.

I encountered some of the most wonderful staff ever while here! I adored the RN and Dr Warren was so friendly and listened to my concerns. They all genuinely cared about my health and I greatly appreciate that. Will be using this location in the future!

I have been to several Concentra locations, but this location is by far the best. An employee (Ashley) at the front desk was very professional, and friendly. The medical staff were also great to interact with and efficient with my particular services.

I did not have my required paperwork and they took me in and helped me with the check-in process. I was advised this visit would take 2 hours. I was done with my appointment in less hours than 60 minutes. Faculty was very nice and the facility was clean

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Expedient visit! The one hiccup was that my test sample had been contaminated which meant that it had to be sent so the lab, needlessly worrying my employer. Overall a pleasant experience.
