I'm new to glasses and do not know which frames and lenses I prefer. She helped me pick out a few frames and made me feel comfortable and made it fun. She explained to me what different lenses they offer and which lense she recommended based on my everyday needs. Even though I walked in and expected to pay less, I'm confident that I pick favorite glasses.
