  Pricey but prompt service, courteous employees, good reliable work. Recommend that you make appointment in order to not have to wait extended times for your vehicle service.

  I garbage truck lost some trash and it hit my tire. They did a free inspection. Found nothing wrong and thank me for coming. I have always had good service here.

  Brought in our Subaru because one of the tires had a nail in it. They patched it for free! Pretty minor service, but really appreciated. If it holds, it saves us from four new tires right now, otherwise we will go back because of the great service we get there.

  Got off work early due to being over staffed. Cool! But then...received a phone call from my son that two of his tires had been knifed and he had to be at work in 1 hour. Not cool! He had tried to drive it not knowing it the two passenger tires were flat. As soon as he realized something was not right he pulled into a stop that was a tow zone. So much for early off! Discount tire on Sawmill Rd closes at 6pm. I got the wheels off and raced over. Arrived at 5:50pm. When Raymond (sales person 463) heard my story he quickly got both tires on the rims and had me done at 6:20. I have been a Discount tire customer for years, but service like this makes me a customer for life! Huge shout out to Raymond and his crew. You guys deserve a bonus.

  So thankful that we have Katherine Koch on our side! She has been absolutely invaluable with our life milestones. As a first time home buyer, she was looking out for us by giving suggestions/tips and tricks both when selecting a policy that fit our budget and when looking for a home.
  
  We had a bit of a confusing and complicated transfer of auto insurance, but she was on the phone with the other insurance company way past traditional business hours to ensure we were covered. Although we have several options a lot closer than Plano, you can't put a price tag on feeling like more than just a client!
