(January 19, 2020, 8:01 pm)Very professional staff! They have helped us with everything we have needed! All the nurses really great and friendly!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for nurses to come take care of family members!! Without them we would not be able to have mom at the house with 24 hour care!! It is so comforting knowing that someone can be there with mom and instead of us Having to do the caregiving we are able to just be daughters and spend quality time and show her how much we love her!!! Thanks to there wonderful staff !!

(December 2, 2019, 2:57 pm)My husband has ALS and began needing more services than our previous home health agency could offer. We met with Bill Stinson and Jennah Helal from BrightStar and learned about the many services they offered and how they could help us. Honestly, much of it seemed too good to be true. We have been with them for a little over two months and everything they said they would do, they have done they matched us with a caregiver, Elizabeth (Liz), who had been an incredible addition to my husband’s care team and a blessing in our lives. The transition to BrightStar has been a positive and easy one.
(November 4, 2019, 1:05 pm)BrightStar Infusion nurses have been a huge blessing to our son during a very tough year. Bridgett was especially helpful and the administrative staff. Bridgett went above and beyond the call of duty. She is an exceptional and knowledgeable nurse. Everyone worked to do what was best for him even they had to work around a lot of unexpected circumstances and last minute changes to infusion dates.
(June 7, 2019, 10:32 pm)Being an employee for almost 5 years has been an amazing experience. The employer is always available (24/7) to meet the needs of all there clients and satisfy all there needs. The employees are well trained and there is a good communication pattern among every individual in the office. I highly recommend to anyone interested in working with Brightstar care of Plano and also it is the best place to get quality care for clients in need of care assistance.
