  This is a nice enough store and very impressive. The watches are nice and I understand the company is about American jobs. I'm not sure I get where they are going with their product collection. Does not tie all together for me yet.

  I purchased a defective laptop bag from the North Park Mall in Dallas, Texas about 2 months ago. Frustrated, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. As a disgruntled customer, I asked what could be done in this situation to the manager and was politely asked to stop in the Plano, Texas location for an inspection (since I live in Frisco). Following the inspection, the manager was able to assess the product and provide an in-store credit and ended up up-selling me a nice backpack. First of all, I would like to state that I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the whole staff there. The customer service and the management at both locations is superb and I love it!!! Quin, you are the man!

  One of the coolest shops I’ve been in. Marina was awesome. She was so helpful and informative. Highly recommend!!!

  Sweet store. Definitely worth stopping in to see the level of quality and craftsmanship they put in their products. Yes, a little pricey but these are gorgeous artifacts from another era.
