“Only pay attention to reviewers that have actually worked out here. "Never heard of it" and "they were rude" probably means you did not work out, you walked in with no appointment, while someone was working out with the trainer, and they did not interrupt their scheduled time to answer your questions. It is a small operation and the trainer gives his full attention to your personal workout of 30 minutes. He is pretty much fully booked all week, which tells you people are seeing results, and they are not going elsewhere. Call, text, or email the trainer to book time to get an overview, and book your 4 free intro sessions.
