(September 2, 2022, 12:19 pm)I have lived at Legacy Village since May 2021 and have had a wonderful experience! My apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The location cannot be beat - Bishop Pond is a great walking space and there are a ton of great shopping places and restaurants all within walking distance. I can usually find an unreserved parking spot in the garage without any problem but if I can't, there is plenty of parking across the street from my building. The maintenance and front desk staff are responsive and very nice. My monthly rent is on par with what I would expect from a very large and updated 1-BR in a prime location.
Yes, there are some annoyances like noise, occasional package theft (but this is more on the delivery drivers, as they are supposed to use the Parcel Pending lockers), etc. But after having lived in apartments most of my adult life, I would say any annoyance I have experienced is just apartment life and nothing specific to Legacy Village.
Overall, I have very much enjoyed my time at Legacy Village and would highly recommend living here!

COVID update: Legacy Village Apartment Homes has updated their hours and services. 130 reviews of Legacy Village Apartment Homes "I moved into this complex in March and have had mixed results. My original apartment that I leased was ATROCIOUS when I got the keys. Huge things like the fridge was missing, the floors were dirty, and one of the walls was a hideous shade of green.
