(August 1, 2019, 10:13 am)I was diagnosed with spinocerebellar ataxia and have been dealing with chronic depression my whole life. John was recommended to me by therapist, and I’m very thankful. She believed John could improve my diet to better my health along with my depression. I’m glad she recommended him. In just a few sessions (working remotely) he was able to help my body work for the better, along with dealing with my depression.
My life overall is much more enjoyable. I plan to see John for monthly biofeedback sessions because it has helped me to feel much less anxious, and much more balanced!
(January 30, 2019, 5:41 pm)My husband and I have known John for many years. I recently reached out to him as I was experiencing fatigue and depression. He suggested I try several biofeedback sessions along with whole food supplements and herbs.
I have been to 5 sessions and I have to say that I am back to feeling like myself again. I highly recommend John and the LIFE system to assist in any of life’s challenges.
I plan on continuing with John, the biofeedback and his suggestions to create a continued happy and balanced life.

I did not want to go that route, so found John and his LifeBalance practice. After several biofeedback sessions and along with some natural health supplements, my acid reflux is now a thing of the past. When I'm stressed and completely not focused, after a visit I feel calm and relaxed and ready to take on any challenge. He was recommended to me by my Dr and I'm glad I listened!
