Elements Massage - West Plano

My masseuse was amazing, she knew what she was doing and really helped relieve stress in my shoulders, neck and back!

Loved my experience! All my expectations were met. I did a 90 minute massage and my masseuse was very knowledgeable and paid close attention to my trigger points. She even told some beneficial things to help me in between visits. The establishment was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Alex is absolutely incredible! I've been going to him for years as has my husband. He's not only decreased my back pain but also has helped with my mobility issues. I highly recommend an appointment with him, you will not regret it!

This was my first time at Elements and it was a wonderful experience. Wendy H. was awesome and super informative. Despite knowing from the start that I was moving to another state (and thus wouldn't be a returning customer) she still gave a wonderful massage and some great tips on how to alleviate some of my shoulder pain on my own. This was also my first cupping experience and she was a great listener and was good about checking in with how I was feeling regarding the pressure and placement. She even gave tips for doing my own cupping at home. I would (and already have) recommend her to literally everyone and I wish I could take her with me!

Excellent service, even during the pandemic. Appreciate the staff and everyone working to make it a stellar experience.
