  Coach Mack urged me to drink water only during the spring transformation challenge, promising I’d feel better. He also changed my running form from being a heel striker to a midfoot striker, to help prevent knee/hip pain I’d previously experienced. Coach Andre often challenges me to lift heavier than I think I can. In all cases, they’ve been right. I still drink water only, am down 80lbs, run 5-6 days/week (including OTF days) without pain, and haven’t failed on the heavier weights yet. Coach Mireya doesn’t hesitate to offer modifications to lunges to help me out too! I can’t say enough about OTF Westchase.

  I am not a member but I am a contractor with piper Fire Protection and I inspect there fire extinguishers annually. My contact is a manager there named Terry. They are always very nice and facility is clean, bright and energetic. They appear to do things very well there.

  Like any business person, time is of the essence. I’m an attorney for the federal government and my time in any office is sparing. This was my first colonoscopy consult and my first time to be seen at DHAT in Plano, TX. When I arrived I noticed the waiting room had other patients waiting. Would I be seen timely? Yes. Immediately I was taken back, vitals taken, patient history confirmed questions asked and answered. The process was seamless. Every person I encountered there was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I only wish other offices, including legal ones, were run this professional.

  Knowledgeable staff could make a huge difference for this office. Some patients have insurance plans that allow them to see any doctor. Those patients should not be turned away.
  
  After many months of attempting to get an appointment, I was finally able to see Dr. Brown. He was very kind, personable, and compassionate. I appreciate his approach to medicine.
