Glad he didn't retire when Collin Creek Mall closed. He is now at Lakeside Vision.

(May 10, 2016, 6:57 pm)Hands down the best eye doctor I've had! He will take as long as needed to make sure you have the best prescription and will dig deeper and the smallest discomfort. The office staff is as friendly as it gets. Super caring and always knows me by first name as soon as I enter. Dr. Mike Phillips is the best!!
