Live Oak Surgery Center Plano

I don't write many reviews, and I never expected to write a review for a surgery center. But, wow! This place provided an experience unlike any other. It was impeccably clean, and the care was outstanding. A special shout out to Karla and Theresa for attending to our every need. They demonstrated customer service at it's finest, and we felt truly cared for during our entire experience.

This has to be the nicest pediatric surgery center in Dallas! Being able to park in the garage on the same level as the entry makes it easy and safe to enter. The large waiting area allowed for everyone to spread out. The staff went above and beyond to make myself and my child comfortable. They were very attentive to her needs along with being so kind and friendly. We were in the GI unit and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. No one was overheard complaining about anyone or anything. Recovery was great too! They kept everything nice and calm for the kids. I am so thankful to Dr. Russo and his team for taking such great care of my daughter! I know she will need more procedures and I will definitely request this facility.
