The doctor was amazing. She took care of my eyes. Taught me self care for my eyes to prevent injury. She really knows how to do her job very well and and concurrently be professional.

I originally stopped by to speak about Texas Laser clinic regarding rates and packages of laser hair removal services. The woman was very helpful and informative when it came down to explaining how the clinic charges according to area of the treatment. Since I was there already, I decided to discuss my issue regarding my contact lens and eyeglass prescription due to the ongoing headaches throughout the month. The lady took me back out to schedule an appointment with Dr. Karimi right away. Excellent customer service!

The staff were very helpful and kind during the process of filing out the patient form. Dr. Karimi was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about any doubts and questions that I had regarding my prescription. I really was amazed at how she took the time to make sure that all my questions and concerns regarding my contact lenses and eyeglass. Also, I liked how she gave me other options regarding the type of contact lenses to use such as the daily or monthly ones and she gave many samples!

I’ve been going here for more than 10 years and will never use another optometrist. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I never have to wait very long to be seen. Facility is always clean and cozy and I always feel comfortable there.

Dr. Karimi did a great job with my eye exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were so helpful, I highly recommend them to whoever who is looking for a great Optometrist.
