(January 9, 2023, 9:04 pm)Staying a couple nights for work at the Nylo. First visit to the Loft they were busy and waited way too long to even be acknowledged. Second night was slower and delighted by the service I received by Jonathan. Topped off by one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Thanks to Tommy and Richard. Loved the check in personal touch by Tommy!
