Concept Eyecare - Van Vo, O.D.

I just had a 5 star experience at Concept Eyecare. Every person I came in contact with at this office was professional, caring and courteous. Dr. Vo was very compassionate and explained all the details about the status of my eyes. I didn’t feel like just another patient. The doctor took the time to learn more about me and really wanted to understand any complaints I had regarding my eyes. Julia was outstanding in helping me choose the right frames without being pushy. She was very helpful in pointing out the differences in the frame construction between various brands and styles. She helped me tremendously in choosing the frame that was best for me. I also appreciate her transparency on cost differences between my top 2 choices. Overall, this office is top notch and will be the #1 choice for eye exams and prescription fulfillment for my family in the years ahead!

Dr. Vo is seriously the most amazing human being I have ever come across. I have been a patient of hers for about 8 years and she is genuinely the only person I will ever trust with my eyes. She is compassionate which is extremely rare now a days. It’s like she is never having a bad day, we always have great conversations. My father and uncle are her patients now as well, I try to refer as many people as I can to her.

Especially after having horror stories at other eye doctors (wrong prescription, awful customer service), it has been awesome to know I'll get treated well when I come into the office.

On top of that, the prices for everything are reasonable and I love the selection of glasses as well.
This is the only place I would go to for my eye care.

I have been going to see Dr. Van Vo as my eye doctor for over 9+ years now. She is wonderful. She always asks about my life and job etc., and always remembers little things about me personally year-to-year at my appointments. Not only is she just a great person to interact with, but she always leave me feeling great about my eye health, and keeps me very informed. Office is beautiful and appointment always takes max 30 minutes and gets me in and out. I usually dread doctor’s appointments, but not this one. I will never go to another eye doctor as long as I’m on this earth!

We love Dr. Vo. She takes such good care of us and her office staff is really patient and understanding. Her office is really bright and professional. The location is really convenient, and parking is never a problem. It's great to have an appointment there and spend the rest of the day shopping in the area. We've been going to her even before she opened this location and we have never had a reason to look elsewhere.
