The Fetrow team did an amazing job when we were searching for our last house. They took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to find the house. Their experience and contacts were critical to finding the right house in a tough, competitive market. They came up with all sorts of ideas and suggestions to get in on a house earlier in the process and talked to us frankly about our options on the offers. But at no time was there any pressure to do anything we were not comfortable with. It was the same process when they helped us sell our old house. It was amazing! This kind of service, experience, and contacts are absolutely worth it.

Update: We just used Stephanie to purchase another house and again she exceeded our expectations. She even went above and beyond to find a house with the exact specs we wanted BEFORE it went on the market so we could get ahead of the game.
