Signazon.com

I just ordered new signs for our church through Signazon. I don't like the fact that there is no phone number on the sight, but I left my number and they called me right away to correct a problem with my order. Their representative was really awesome and guided me through the steps to make the correction. I have ordered from Signazon in the past and will probably continue to do so.

Just starting a new business. I had some trouble getting the right files to Signazon. They have been amazing. Although I am on the east coast, I recommend you use these people. They are very attentive, reasonably priced and awesome to work with!!!!

Can I give the customer service here 10 stars, 100 stars? I have never had a better customer experience than at this place. Alex was the employee that walked me through all of the steps to fill out an order, she was extremely patient, kind, understanding and professional. I totally would recommend anyone who needs sign services to get their orders here. Thanks again Alex.

Great website! There's a learning curve to it, but that's because it has so many useful features. I've created business signs and business cards for my tractor business.
I placed an order last night and then realized I'd made an error with a font size on the business cards. I spoke with Alex this morning and she was extremely friendly and helpful. My error was quickly resolved and my corrected order is now being processed. Thanks Signazon and Alex!

Editing my original review because I have received the order we placed. FedEx dropped it inside our shop without telling anyone and it was in a corner under some other items. I appreciate the quick response (below) from Signazon. I would just delete this review, but wanted people to see the responsiveness that came from my first review, so I’ll just change to 5 stars because the signs are very nice and exactly what we expected when we ordered.

Buyer beware!! Our company ordered five truck magnets online. We were charged extra for express shipping. The signs say "delivered" but were not delivered. I contacted Signazon immediately and was told "Sorry your items were stolen, we suggest filing a police report and shipping to a different address." When I said that's insane - and that we paid for items to be delivered to us - I was then told I could have a discount on a replacement order. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. Customer service is AWFUL. I can't speak to the quality of the products because they didn't arrive . . .
