Braxton is amazing! He knows his stuff, and if you follow his suggestions he will sell your home at top dollar. He will not let your home sit without actively trying new things to find the perfect buyer. He started off as our Realtor and he became our Friend. Even after selling our home, we still go to him for guidance for home decisions. His staging is top notch! And his staff is so friendly and helpful. We are so glad we went with Tinsley Realty!

Braxton guided us through the entire process of selling our “awful” rundown house and found us our dream home. Being a first time home purchaser can be very stressful. My wife and I came to meet Braxton through friends as a highly regarded realtor and extremely considerate person that could not only help navigate us through the process of finding the ideal home, but also make it fun and not exhausting. With my wife being a piano teacher and needing to accommodate two grand pianos, Braxton was still able to find us several houses in our price range that would be great. All of this during a pandemic and a very limited housing market. All of anxiety of closing day was alleviated and we are so happy to have Braxton in our team.
