She is professional, caring and friendly face. She is straight to the point and that’s exactly what we were looking for. If we had to choose a therapist again it would be April Dodson for sure. 100%

I don’t understand why this business would get any negative reviews...they are AWESOME! From the staff that makes the appointment and then greets you upon your arrival to the counselor you are assigned. They are very caring and professional. I have used Family Tree Counseling for several years on and off and have experienced nothing but the best customer service anyone could expect. So I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Family Tree Counseling. ❤️

While the location can be a tiny bit tricky to find the first time, the staff makes sure to tell you how to find it.

When I first emailed them about their services, I heard back quickly from the director herself.

She encouraged me to call and I did. She was kind and helpful. She worked with me to find a counselor within a price range I can afford.

When I walked in for my first appointment the gentleman that greeted me was very friendly and welcoming.

I felt valued.

My counselor is great. I don't know how she got me to open up so easily but she did.

I'm excited for my next appointment.
