Bradley was the one who helped me. I called in before dropping my car off and explained that my car had a leak and it had flooded. He told me to go ahead and bring it in and they will tell me everything that was wrong with..unfortunately the repairs were so expensive due to the water damage. He was very nice and helpful. Thank You !

I’m new to Plano and was needing an oil change. Found Meineke. Went about an hour after opening and was truly amazing. Didn’t get the front deck guy name but he was super nice and made my experience amazing. They had me in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Definitely a 5 star!!

I’ve had alignments on 2 different vehicles and one was difficult to get right. Both visits were very prompt, courteous and reasonable. They appear to be very competent, honest and not pushy. I do most of my own work and trust them to do the things I can’t.

First off, Yunaye is THE BEST!!!!! If you ever need a definition of good customer service, her name should be brought up! 100/10⭐️!
The mechanics are also Top Notch! Explained everything I had questions about. Guaranteed their work to be done right or they will fix it!
After so much run around other places, I am so glad I gave this location the chance to work on my vehicle. Great, clean location. Would easily recommend this place to everyone.
