101 Mobility

I am so thankful I chose 101 Mobiity for my lift chair. Tthe first contact with Christina to the installation by Albert was more than excellent. Customer sales and service nowadays have become make the sale, install the product and leave with check-in-hand. Not with this company. Christina and I talked frequently before my order to make sure I was choosing the right chair. There was a choice between two. The day I had waited for finally arrived and Albert showed up. He was equally personable and professional as Christina. One of the first things I learned about him was his loyalty to 101 Mobiity. He respects his manager and appreciates his position, loves his job, and he has been there several years. It is not just a paycheck, he feels like a team member. Those are not his words, they are mine. The enthusiasm these two people displayed was from the heart, which made me more confident I had chosen the right company for such a big decision for me. And, just as a footnote, I love my Hamar chair. Had no idea that climbing 15 stairs was causing as much pain as it did until the first time I rode up. stepped off lift, and didn't have to stand there waiting for the pain to go away. It was a great choice and I highly recommend,

The 101 Mobility team are thorough professionals. The entire process of assessment and installation went like a breeze. They are very knowledgeable , ask the right questions , very transparent in providing all the options and choices and reasonably priced.

Christina was so courteous, helpful and professional.
My Dad wasn't on board with getting a stair lift, but my Mom wanted it. Christina and 101Mobility let us take our time to decide, they didn't push.
My Dad passed away but Mom still wanted it, so Christina got it installed very quickly. She had to take measurements and they custom built and installed it in less than a month.

Mom loves it! Now she can use the upper half of her house.

101 Mobility is absolutely a fantastic company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mobility equipment. My husband recently had a brain tumor and a stroke and after rehabilitation he still would be having trouble with our indoor apartment stairs. Christina was absolutely a joy and very professional to work with. She was able to get us a chair lift rental installed within just days of my original call to her. And the guys who installed it were fantastic!!! 5 stars to everyone at 101 Mobility.

Christina did a fantastic job! She was with us every step of the way! We could have not gotten this done as quickly as we did. Tonight my husband and I have our master bedroom back after my parents using until the stair lift was in. We are all sleeping in our own beds in the first time after a month in half! Thank you everyone at Mobility 101!!
Josh and I can't remember his name(sorry) were very professional. They stay after the installation and went over everything with us. They were so patient with my mom while she tried to use the lift. Very kind!
