Marysue, the scheduler was kind, courteous in assisting with scheduling an appointment for my mother. She was scheduled with Dr. Hinrich, yet it was God ordained with Dr. Levy. We appreciate the patience she demonstrated with Mother. Mother was made to feel very comfortable in a new environment.
Marysue made the intake process easy for us, especially my Mother.
It also was a pleasure meeting Marysue in person to put a face with a warm attentive voice. Marysue, exhibited the same characteristics in person. I felt as if I was seeing a long-time friend when she introduced herself. Her passion and compassion for God's people is just what I expected.

Mary Sue causey was so awesome, she was very professional made us feel comfortable and at home , outstanding personality. You guys are lucky to have her.

Five stars! I'd give 10 if I could! Dr. Levy, Stella and the staff have gone out of their way to help me when I've been incapacitated with VERTIGO. Dr. Levy used her skillset and equipment to help me through one of the hardest things I've endured! She's smart as a whip, and has excellent bedside manner. She was both comforting and informative during a very scary vertigo experience. I'm thankful she referred me back to my neurologist when symptoms indicated; it was a good call. The staff is kind and efficient, the schedule is flexible and you can tell they truly care. They see patients with many ear issues. But if you struggle with vertigo, go see Dr. Levy to get to the root of the problem and find a solution for a new quality of life!

My cousin, who I love dearly, has not heard for years. Now, thanks to Dr. Hinrichs and her staff we talk everyday again. Life changing! I can not thank them enough for all their help and guidance. Her new hearing aids are FANTASTIC - the sound goes directly to her hearing aids from the phone. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure she got the help she needed.
