Royalty in Royalty Insurance is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I had the pleasure of working with Hailey and cannot stress enough how impressed I was not only of working with her, but this amazing company! Being part of the customer service/relationship industry, I have high expectations of the level of service and experience one brings to their clients. I believe Hailey and Royalty Insurance set a new bar in their industry! Every step of the way, Hailey meticulously catered to what was important to me in the coverage of my home. She explained in detail the coverage options and advised, NOT SOLD, me on what custom fits to my needs. The process was seamless with clear and prompt communication throughout! Service was so good, she even found a way to bundle my auto insurance that would be less on the pocket book and more on my coverage....even when I thought there was no way to beat my current plan! I can't say enough how phenomenal my experience was with Hailey and Royalty Insurance! Client for life and will recommend to everyone in need of a "Royal" treatment for their insurance!
