If you have to ask about particulars, be prepared to get handed around to several people, before you get someone who knows what they are talking about. On the plus side, there does seem to be in expert on the grounds for every specially, they are just hard to find or really busy.
My favorite area is the lawn and garden. The staff know what they are talking about and they aim to please and inform the customer, not pad the companies wallet.
