I am a new patient here and was referred by my PCP to Dr. Kinsella. The level of care I experienced today was nothing but exceptional. The front office and/or administrative staff were friendly, communicative, and understanding. Manasa was phenomenal. She coordinated all of my future appointments and worked with my difficult scheduling needs. She provided me with a tour of the building and showed me exactly how to proceed for my next appointment so I wouldn’t feel lost. During my exam, Dr. Kinsella and her support staff were informative and caring. She explained my lab work to me and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. I’ve been to so many physicians and very few experiences, aside from those with my PCP, have been this welcoming, organized, and caring. When I think of quality care from a facility and its providers, this is what I imagine.

Good facility, clean. On time lab work. This time they had changed my appointment without talking to me but mostly good.

I honestly don’t understand how some patients give this place a bad review at all! I’m European you even with an appointment time you almost never get right inn at that time!

I LOVE this place and the staff! Dr. Taboada is amazing and takes very good care and time for his patients! He’s very empathetic just like the rest of the staff when getting infusions. Thank you for taking my anxiety away and making me feel comfortable while being here!
