Great Expressions Dental Centers - Plano

Great Expressions Dental has been a great find for me! Dr. Shastri is wonderful and provides excellent dental care. I love that he is very professional and doesn’t push to have unnecessary procedures performed if it is not absolutely necessary. Very refreshing and greatly appreciated especially in our current inflationary environment. The staff who accompany him are friendly and highly qualified folks.

Dr Shastri is definitely a keeper! He went above & beyond to make me comfortable today & handled my terrible unexpected pain which happened on the opposite side of my mouth from where he was working today. He's so very caring and attentive. Same with his assistant Danielle, she continues to be so sweet, conscientious, patient & friendly. I couldn't ask for a better pair! Thank You both.

Excellent service. I have been to a variety of dentist but this is the only one who helped me understand the importance of my gums and helped me start achieving better gum heath. Appreciated everything that they have done for me and will continue to do as I will always go back to them.

I can’t say enough good about this place 😊. They all made me feel so comfortable. It had been quite a while since I’d been to the dentist…and I needed quite a bit done. They were so warm and friendly and didn’t “shame” me for not keeping up with my dental work. They had a lot of grace and were very kind. Starting with Brandi at the front desk, to Daniela the dental assistant, to Stephanie the hygienist, to Dr. Shastri, they were all wonderful.

I felt like I was in a small town when I went there because they all remembered me, were down to earth, and seemed genuinely interested in my care. It was truly a wonderful experience, as wonderful as going to the dentist can be 😁. After having this great experience, it made me wonder why I waited so long to go to the dentist 🤷🏻‍♀️🙃. They made me actually want to take care of my mouth…and I now look forward to going back there 😊. I can’t thank them enough for making what I thought would be a scary experience a good one. I should have posted this 6 weeks ago when I went to my appointment, but got caught up working. I wish I would have posted it right away because they deserve it.

I want to give one last shout out to Brandi. Because the person at the front desk/reception is usually the “face” of the practice, and sometimes the first person people talk to/see, it can “make or break” it sometimes in deciding whether to go there when talking to that person. I will say that for me Brandi “made it”. I stopped in there all freaked out one day and was trying to get the courage to make my appointments. She was so calm, kind, caring, and informative. That alone made me want to go there. And also Dr. Shastri happened to walk by at the moment I was talking to Brandi and said “hi” and was very friendly. After my interactions with those two that day, I wasn’t as afraid of my upcoming appointments. I know this was a lot…but I meant all of it. Sometimes we don’t take time to write good reviews…but I just had to in this case 😊. Thank you to all of you at that practice 🙏🏻
