Elegant Fireside and Patio

Over the year, we have hired this firm for several tasks on our 50-year old gas log fireplaces. First they fixed a broken flue damper with what they warned would be a temporary fix because of age/rust. Then they fixed cracking bricks. Then they added a chimney cap when the flue damper finally gave away. They we replaced gas logs and the sand around them. They also sold and installed new fireplace doors. Very nice work and very good firm. They're experts, not salespeople, so their strength is in solving the problems professionally (as opposed to a dog pony show of what they could do).

WOW Great service, VERY knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. We spent an hour there learning more (after much research at home) and made better decisions on logs, gas pipe, grate to hold logs, colored glass for underneath and had an appointment for install a week later. It's been 4 years now and we have thoroughly enjoyed the investment and good advice we received from the staff. Friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Guys!

The whole process from beginning to end was effortless. Last week we went to their place of business knowing nothing of gas logs nor fireplaces. Had planned on getting cement logs from a big box store but decided, after reading many confusing blogs on the subject, to go in and ask some questions. Got great answers to inquiries we didn’t even know we should have. Knowledgeable owner gave us, in no time at all, all we needed and we walked out with an appointment for the next week to install our new log set, paint our fireplace, clean our filthy chimney, and replace our gas pipe. They actually came early and were professional, fast and friendly. And did I mention fast? Such excellent work. Can’t recommend this company highly enough. And can’t wait to use my new fireplace on a cold and blustery Thanksgiving tomorrow with all my guests.

We’re going on our third year with our Elegant Fireside gas logs and I can honestly say this was our best purchase for our new house. We started out going to a big box store but weren’t happy with the selection. Not much of a choice and we didn’t like the look of the logs. The guys at Elegant Fireside walked us through the options and had them installed in no time. They’ve been perfect ever since!
