Definitely a five star. I had a leak and Mario and his guys came and did re-route and the problem was solved. I Definitely would use them again.

I had a slab leak this week and when I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection, Jack answered the phone to hear about our situation. He still managed to squeeze our consultation/visitation into his busy schedule to identify and inform us of the cause of the leak and how it can be fixed. Jack returned calls if they were missed to ensure everything was okay.

When I made an appointment for the repair and rerouting of the pipes, Jack and his crew came right on time and got to work. They cleaned as they performed their work and didn't leave a mess when they left! Jack had always patiently listened and answered my questions until I understood, even when I asked the same questions multiple times.

Lastly, thanks to Jack and his crew, we got hot water working without issues. Thus, I will wholeheartedly reach out to Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection if I ever have any leaks and recommend to others as well.

We had a slab leak on Friday night, our first house and we didn't know what to make out of the water leaking from the foundation. We had the city switch the water line to our house for the night. I called Plano Plumbing on Saturday morning and Jack was at our house in 30 mins to do the leak detection. He came as a savior when needed and as an experienced leak detector, found the type of leak and provided suggestions on what will be needed. He offered us an estimate but also asked us to check around to compare. We were lucky that he had a slot available for Monday morning and we blocked that to fix our problem.

The crew was at our house right at the time and setting up everything required. Jack suggested rerouting the hot water line, which was leaking, through the attic and walls. They were spot on with their work, rechecked the leak, verified that there are no other leaks, fixed the leak by rerouting the hot water line in few hours and voila, we finally had water to our house within 2 days.

I sent in a request for a leak detection online. Jack reached out very promptly afterwards and we were able to set up an appointment. Mario came out very quickly and located the leak. He explained different options and pros and cons for each. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to get with my insurance company to see what they would cover and would let them know what I decide. Jack helped me communicate with my insurance to make this process very smooth and easy. After, Jack was able to schedule me in quickly for the repiping. On the day of the repiping, everything was great. Jack and his team did a tremendous job keeping me updated with the progress. After the job was done, they did an amazing job cleaning up. I thought there were going to be holes in the walls and my responsibility to hire someone to redo the drywall. Nope! They screwed back in the drywall which would make it easy for me to patch up. The flooring was clear of debris and trash. I was very impressed.
In all honesty, I hired a plumbing company right before I hired Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection for the leak detection. They were slow, unresponsive and barely communicated with me. This led me to Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and they will be my go-to place for all my plumbing needs. Thanks!

Jack and Mario were very knowledgeable and helpful. They identified our hot water leak under the slab. Discussed different repair options.
