Bright Eyes Vision Clinic

We happened to visit the Plano clinic for my son's very first eye checkup! He is on the spectrum & we were amazed how the appointment went with ease and he loved being there without any worries. The waiting area for the kids is also super cute. The staff is very friendly & we were attended very well. Needless to mention, Dr.Jordon was amazing! She seemed to be very passionate & conducted my son's eye exam like a charm by molding it to his needs. she was also keen to listen & share her knowledge with us. Kudos!!!

This is the best Eye Doctor’s office ever!!! Everyone is so friendly and amazing here, including all the girls at front, and the Doctors are all amazing, skilled, kind, patient, and so professional! That treated all of my kids with the utmost care, and gave such a thorough examination! The girls at the front are so sweet, and amazing with scheduling and made insurance, arrangements, and paperwork a breeze! They have a great selection, and many great options for adults and kids. Once the prescription was determined, the glasses came in quickly and they notified me by text!!!

They even were so kind and went above and beyond to replace my child’s glasses when they were broken with zero hassle!!! So please come here for all your glasses and eye needs for you, your family, and children and you won’t be disappointed with the utmost care and experience you will have !!! The staff are friendly and professionals .
They treated us with respect and solved our problems completely.
Special thanks to doctor Suarez for her professionalism ,great patience and helping my daughter in getting her tests perfectly and finalizing the documents completely.

We enjoy the visit to this facility; front desk staff was caring and friendly, and Dr. Jordan was truly AMAZING. I love the fact that they were so patient with my parents, and explaining everything with details. We can’t wait to return for the follow up in 4 months. Thank you all for a great customer service!! First time and definitely not our last. Office is very clean. Stuff nice and caring. Dr Sierra Suarez was friendly, caring and very informative. Highly recommend!
