Dr. Christie Choi and her staff are the most professional and joyful medical staff I have ever been acquainted with. From making and appointment, to the day of reception, through pre-op, (then I was out like a light), to post op, discharge and follow up call personally from Dr. Christie, the experience was very pleasant considering what they had to do. I just had a procedure done at Texas Endoscopy and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I was treated very kindly by everyone at the facility, I felt like my health and safety was a priority, and I cannot believe how fast I was in and out of the facility (without feeling rushed or overwhelmed). My husband chuckled when I described my experience at Texas Endoscopy as "pleasant", since the procedure that I had was a colonoscopy.

What a wonderfully staffed center! Right when you walk in, you meet friendly Tammy at check in. Then Crystal, the nurse with the amazing touch, takes you back and takes care of you. Mark, the great nurse anesthesiologist, makes sure you're nice and comfortable during the procedure. When you wake, Carrie is there to take care of you until you leave. Small touches like heated gowns, socks, and blankets really seal the deal. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!!
