“Used Bavarian Auto Care twice so far for my BMW. Starter Motor issue was quickly diagnosed and replaced at a fair price. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Oil change experience was very good. They identified a few preventive maintenance items but did not pressure to add any services or repairs that is not needed. “What a wonderful place !!. I took my elderly mum for an appointment and from the time we walked in the office staff was so warm, welcoming and gracious . The doctor I have no words . He was so amazing . Treated us with so much empathy , respect and put my mum at ease. He treated my mother as if it was his own mum and would make her laugh so much . His knowledge is impeccable and he loves what he does, that is helping people. Same thing with the phlebotomy staff . Everyone had us in stitches with their humor and family spirit. By the time we left it was like you had left dinner with family and friends. Mum was like « I don’t even believe that’s a doctor’s office. » I thought well maybe it’s because we are new patients. Sure enough second appointment was the same . Great office , great staff and a truly remarkable doctor that I have no problem recommending to family and friends.Good news too that my mum was ok and did not have cancer !
