Recently purchased a 2020 Triumph Rocket 3 remotely. I worked with Mike Cannon the sales manager directly. He helped me arrange shipping to upstate NY. Obviously had some anxiety purchasing an expensive bike viewing only pics and videos. Mike helped put my mind at ease with the process. When bike arrived there was a mechanical issue (turned out to be a loose connection on the coil pack). Mike authorized my local Triumph dealer to diagnose and fix the issue. He stayed in contact with my local shop throughout the process. When I picked up the bike today, the repair bill was already paid. I had expected to pay and seek reimbursement. I appreciate the extra effort Mike Cannon made to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Truly a reputable dealership. Thanks Mike!

Good morning. I am an out of state buyer who had no prior experience with Hoppers. Buying sight unseen requires establishment of a high level of trust, no easy thing to accomplish. This said, I Wanted to share with great enthusiasm my experiencing purchasing a bike from Hoppers Motorplex. Christian sold me the vehicle and was in every way professional, friendly and responsive. I was shopping for a Harley-Davidson Tri-Glide for some time now. After get pre-approved and picking the check up from my bank on Friday, I had narrowed my search down to two locations, each with multiple options to choose from. The first place I went was a HD dealership, after standing around waiting for someone to help me, I asked about a bike in stock, was up front about not wanting to purchase same day, and was given a run around about pricing and availability in addition to being pressured to purchase that day. After leaving I was texted a price sheet for one of the three bikes I inquired about. After stopping at HD I went down the street a few miles to Hopper’s. I was meet by Christian when I entered, he was helpful and knowledge. I was allowed to look at bikes, sit on and start them up with someone looking over my shoulder. When I was ready to have some questions answered Christian and the GM Mike where helpful, knowledge, and worked diligently to win my business without any pressure to buy anything. I returned the next day to purchase a bike and have zero regrets about giving them my business.

Triston Henry was my sales man and he made everything super simple and easy. I live out of state and he did everything he could to make me a happy customer! If I find myself needing another bike I'll definitely look at Hoppers again.

Saw a good looking bike with low miles for sale here. Made an inquiry and C.J. Contacted me in a timely manner. He sent me videos of it running along with more pics of it… after deciding I was interested but limited on time he was able to let me do a lot of the process online. I got approved and went to dealership on a Sat to test drive… Bike ran perfect as represented . Total time at dealership was maybe an hr and I was driving bike home. Smooth process and great inventory
