Was very pleased with Noah. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me my front tires needed replacement and provided me info if i wanted to check around. I was planning a road trip the next day so I called NTB and they were $40 more per tire and not available. Costco was a week out so I called Noah back and he had new tires installed and my car was ready by the time I had to leave town. They even washed and vacuumed my car which Park Place has not done for me in a long time. Very pleased and will come again. Be sure to make reservation 1 week before you need to go, they are busy!

We have been taking our RX350 to Davenport for a few years now. Last week it was time for the 110,000 mile service. They said it would take approximately 2 hours to do the service plus work on the front brakes. I waited as they worked on the car and in exactly 2 hours it was done, washed and ready to go. The service is typically less expensive than it would be at the Lexus dealership. We have always been happy with their work and their location is much more convenient than the dealership.

In one word, Fantastic! These guys are great. Honest with a dose of wisdom and common sense. You can take your car here trusting that the appropriate recommendations will be offered.

If you need Lexus,Toyota or other Japanese car service this is the only way to go

My 2003 Toyota Sequoia was turning over 200,000 miles and needing regular oil change service. In the process the general inspection detected a leaking power steering hose, thermostat gasket, air filter in need of replacement and wipers. I had also asked them to adjust the latch on the driver side door which wasn't closing properly. With other service shops I may have questioned the need for some of these services but my past experience with Davenport made me confident that I can trust them only to do work that is necessary to keep my vehicle operating properly. The prices aren't bargain basement but the service is dependable, competent, and courteous.

I was referred by a student of mine that owns a Lexus. He told me that the guys that work at Davenport’s are knowledgeable and trained in caring for all Lexus & Toyota vehicles. He is correct and I have been going to the Plano location ever since. Jeff has helped me every step of the way and I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and his forthrightness.I would highly recommend Davenport’s to anyone that owns a Lexus or a Toyota to visit them for your car maintenance and servicing.
