By far the most professional and transparent dealership experience I’ve ever been a part of. Nathan was extremely helpful in showing the vehicle and communicating with me throughout what usually is a stressful process. But he made it very easy and without any pressure. Rafe, made the finance experience a breeze and extremely helpful, and transparent with all of the numbers, warranty and tire coverage. Even got the chance to test drive the vehicle over night and think things through. Again no pressure whatsoever and no feeling of being rushed. I really appreciate the transparency and professionalism of everyone in this dealership. A truly smooth transaction and experience.

Our purchase at this dealership was very satisfying. The sales person Yen was very knowledgeable and patient with us during the process of us starting our research to finally taking the car out of the showroom. They were pretty quick with the on boarding and related activities to complete the paperwork.
The only recommendation would be for the Finance desk to be more nicer during their interactions and to make the customer feel good about the purchase of their premium car. There are clauses that varies by each dealer and the customer may not be expected to be aware of everything. So, the experience of making us aware should be made pleasantly informative than you should have already known types.
At the end of the day, I got what I wanted and i am very grateful for their service. I would definitely recommend them over other Acura dealers.

Every encounter that I have had at David McDavid Acura has been informative and pleasant. I ended up working with Jesus and he made my car buying experience easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions and offered spectacular customer service and truly made my wife and I feel like valued customers. Should we purchase another Acura in the future we will definitely seek him out. I highly recommend working with him.
Outstanding service from beginning to end! Our Sales Rep called to remind us of our free first service (thanks Gabe!), I was then handed over to Francisco, our Service Advisor, who took care of everything efficiently and professionally. We have been pleased with our experiences at David McDavid and highly recommend both their Sales Team and Service Center. **Update 7/2020: Returned for B service and received the same excellent service! They were friendly, gave excellent lunch recommendation while I waited for my car and I felt very safe with their COVID-19 precautions. Will be back for next service, Thank you David McDavid Acura!
