I had a great experience here! David helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very patient when deciding which design, color and hardware to go with and he even mapped out a drawing so I could show my husband what it would look like. I will recommend you to all of my coworkers too..or at least the ones I like lol. love the bed!

Good products and bed stuff for my home

We bought a queen bed and one cabinet with a desk here a few months back for my sister and her son to use when she's in town. James (my nephew) actually loves it so much that now he's getting a twin size from the San Diego store. Gerardo and David did a great job with the installation, you should give them a raise. Lol 😆

Great options! They have a lot of beds to choose from. We went with the Custom design bed since we wanted the front desk. David was very patient with us and helped find the perfect bed for our guestroom. The bed was actually installed earlier than expected which was really helpful since my mother is staying over during this winter storm. Be safe everyone!

Update:

Since posting my initial review, David has come by twice and personally fixed every one of my issues. He was easy to work with and delivered a superior finished product. In addition, I know that the company made changes in terms of manufacturing and installation to prevent the issues I had from happening again.

Despite the initial heartache, I am now thrilled with the product and would recommend this company to my friends, family, and others. I hope the company continues this trajectory of providing superior service and quality.

BLUF: I ordered a wall-bed with 2 wardrobes on each side from Wallbeds N More which cost over $6k. The initial sales experience with Cheryl was outstanding! However, what I received after installation deeply missed in terms of quality and service. See issues below and pictures immediately following installation…

After arriving a month later than expected, the wall bed was installed and left completely dirty on all sides (pic), the wood on the bed was warped and uneven so the bed and wardrobes have a large gap in between (pic), the drawers were installed incorrectly causing them to stick, hit each other and not close properly on both sides (pic), the inside of 2 of the drawers were stained black with lose staples protruding out the back (pic), and the shelves were never installed but left in a package. Finally, none of the 3 elements (bed and 2 wardrobes) are aligned at all. Including the bed itself which appears to be mounted only on one side because it’s flush against the wall on one side and against the floorboard on the other.

When opening the bed, I had another set of issues. The hydraulics demonstrated in the store did not work as intended (instead of slowing the bed down as you bring it up, mine speed up), the light switch came completely unattached to the bed frame causing it to hang loosely by the wire, and the outlet cover is a cheap square plastic piece fit over a circular wooden spot not even covering the unpainted area (pic).

After expressing my concerns, I immediately contacted David the General Manager (December 29th). He has been dodgy and impossible to talk to on the phone. It is now January 11th, and there is no timeline to fix any of my issues. I plan to reach out to the owner today, but I am extremely disappointed in this company. I would not recommend wasting your money here until they figure out their manufacturing, management and installation issues… as of this posting, note that no other review has been made within the past year.
