It is all about patient experience with Dr. Roshek - starting with making the appointment (a friendly staff with flexible options of days & timings), pre-surgery appointment (amazing attention to detail from Dr. Roshek in terms of patient education in simple lay man language so that one understands the diagnosis & surgical options to treat with pros & cons of each option, fantastic training in robotic laparoscopic surgery) & then the understanding of the insurance benefits - he is the best surgeon in Dallas with an outstanding staff.
