Dr Mignucci fixed my brother in law. Rand had fallen and broke his back in several places. He was told at Parkland he would not walk again. His wife called Dr Mignucci after the surgery at Parkland went bad. Dr Mignucci operated on him and he can walk. My neurologist told me I could never have surgery on my neck. I had three bad disc. After seeing what Dr Mignucci did for Randy, I made an appointment. This is the best decision I ever made. Dr Mignucci asked if my back hurt, yes it did. He told me my back was in bad shape. Told him I my neck in my opinion was worse. He fixed my neck, no headaches. Nine months later Dr Mignucci straightened the curve in my back . His staff are awesome and helpful in every way. His PAs are the best . They know what they are doing. Dr Mignucci has his own equipment. His MRI is one of the most powerful. You won’t believe the difference between even hospital MRIs. His staff there is top notch also. I wish I could continue on everything good about Dr Mignucci, but I’m running out of room left to type

Dr. Luis Mignucci came referred to me as the best neurosurgeon / spine surgeon in Dallas. He did a "miracle" for my sister, who left her operation completely pain free.

For my back injury, Dr. Mignucci today recommended no surgery but physical therapy, back exercises and working out my core more. He's definitely not a "knife-happy" doctor.

The office staff is pleasant, especially Marsha who I dealt with most of the time on the phone.

Highly recommended for those with bad neck/back pain!

I only have gratitude to Dr. Mignucci and his staff. Since the first day, I visit the office they treat me with care and professionalism. I had surgery in the Windhaven Clinic and today I feel like a new person all the pain is gone. I visited other doctor’s but they didn’t make me feel safe and with the knowledge to understand what was going on my body. Not everybody doctor is here to help, you know… He explained every single step; the good and the bad. Today, I can say he is the best of what he does.
