Timeless: Now Watches of Switzerland at Legacy West

You often hear people say "Buy the Seller, not just the Watch."

I grew tired of the pomp-and-circumstance of traditional high-end boutiques, where you are greeted by awkwardly formal staff, trying to inconspicuously see what's on your wrist in order to quickly upsell you on your next purchase before moving to their next "customer." Several years ago, I was recommended to check out Timeless, where I experienced and inviting and casual, yet professional atmosphere at their Legacy West location, with a great selection of high-end brands. The staff was not only passionate and knowledgeable about watches, but they were interested in building long-term relationships with their clients.

Over the last two years, I got to know Kevin and made several Omega purchases - most recently a 3861 Speedmaster. My experiences have been great, and the transactions were seamless, largely due to Kevin's client-first approach and genuine passion for what he does. Now I know what it means to "Buy the Seller, not just the Watch." Timeless (Kevin) has become my AD of choice.

Good service, good staff. Didn't have much of an experience to give 5 stars. There was a slight bit of a wait time to be helped. Other than that, everything was great.
