This restaurant is absolutely solid! The food is fresh and innovative, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it's on a strip of other amazing views and stores so it's nice to either be coming here to eat or just to take a break and enjoy a nice comforting meal after some shopping or some sightseeing. Admittedly, it is a bit pricey, so I would not say this is a place you can go to every day, but I would say it's definitely worth the price for the options they have to offer. Overall, if you're ever in the neighborhood, this restaurant is easily a gem and is worth going to for your next date night, family gathering, or even a place to go for some fairly priced and absolutely amazing food!
Given how empty the place was, I was expecting mediocre food, but was pleasantly surprised. After ordering a bunch of stuff off the happy hour menu, which is a confused melange of items from the main menu at varying small discounts, we enjoyed imbibing all sorts of tequila-based potables. The sauce on my tofu taco was delicious, the tuna tataki was super fresh, and my vegan bowl was crunchy, a nice surprise. Proportions aren’t large and we ended up ordering some truffle fries to top things off. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and even though the hostess and waitress knew it, they didn’t even offer us dessert, much less a free piece of cake or anything. The staff seems to spend a lot of time talking to each other instead of attending to customers, so I’m guessing that’s why the place is kind of a morgue. I left with a crick in my neck because the TVs over the bar are way too high. Bottom line, not a bad place but lots of better options out there. If the weather is nice, they do have a good-looking patio.
We went here for the last day of restaurant week and I absolutely loved it. Every appetizer (tuna tacos, buffalo cauliflower, and prawn cocktail) was great and every main dish (sirloin, lobster ravioli, and Cajun chicken) was awesome as well. They had both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options for drinks. They were also very accommodating for our service dog. Definitely will be back again to try the other menu options.
I went for lunch here with a friend. The hostess was super sweet as she greeted me. Our waitress explained the history of Earls to me since it was my first time there and she was very nice. The atmosphere was inviting and I liked seeing all of the plants. The restaurant was clean and everyone inside was having a pleasant time. I ate the street tacos and shrimp cocktail. The tacos weren't my style but the sauce that came with it was devine. The shrimp were huge and plentiful. For dessert we ordered the cheesecake. I grew up in NY so cheesecake is my thing and ive never found anything compared to what i grew up with. This cheesecake was absolutely amazing and they make it in house. I enjoyed it very much and it was near perfection. I will go back to Earls, maybe next time ill go for a nice couples dinner.
We haven’t done regular seating here. We live close by so we always go for the bar where it’s open seating. We’ve gotten a lot of food and drinks here.
They got my order wrong twice, once at the restaurant and once for delivery but I forgive them 😆 That’s why there’s a picture of lobster with salmon because she heard me wrong. It was still good tho (lol).
I love their clam chowder (it’s nothing like a New England clam chowder). We’ve gotten both of the salmons and like them both. Their salmon has been consistent. Surprisingly they cook the rice really well! I like their house salad too.
My husband has gotten their most expensive steak a few times and it’s pretty good. It was better than Del Frisco’s Double Eagle 😆.
The burgers have all been good too.
