(March 17, 2022, 1:24 am)Went in to swap out my upstream o2 sensor on my Infiniti, Alfonso helped me out he was very friendly, quick in and out service, good sense of humor, and humble will be coming back again for any other mechanic work I need. Thanks again Alfonso!!
(January 13, 2022, 7:03 pm)Alfonso does good, fast work at a fair price. When you reach a deal with him, he keeps it. In the 3 times he's done work for me, I haven't had to go back to have home correct anything.
(October 2, 2021, 3:41 pm)I have a 2009 Mazda RX-8 that wouldn't start, even with a new battery. So I couldn't even drive it to a shop to get checked out. I called Ponchie's because:
1. I saw he had great reviews.
2. I asked if he could maybe come to me to see if we could get it started (I live a just a few minutes away). He came within 30 min and got the car started right away. Looks like I need a new starter and some other work done.
3. He was very friendly and accommodating and even brought along someone with him. That is great customer service! And the fee was very minimal.
Very satisfied.
I will be using him again in the future. :-)

(November 6, 2020, 4:07 pm)Ponchie's is my go to shop when I need an automobile repaired. He continues to amaze me with his knowledge and understanding. I have been getting auto's repaired here for 9-10 years and don't plan on changing. Thanks again for all your help.
