“I would have given it 5 stars, but the fish was overcooked. Most of the time, they drop it down fresh, but this time, it was in the warmer. I love, love, love their catfish. Prices are going up, but that's everywhere. I believe the young man was trying to get fresh fish, but I understand they had to get rid of the fish that was already cooked. Service is good.”

“I really enjoyed staying at Sundowner. It’s was super peaceful and picturesque. The sunsets were amazing, and we loved walking to the back wooded area to sit and just talk. The faculty are welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. I love that there are storage units here. I used it as my walk-in closet, my huge walk-in closet haha. The entire park is super clean, and so are the restrooms. Another perk was that it felt like a gated community. Having a gate code was great as well. It made for an experience that felt safe.
