The first time we used carpet tech, Travis came out and ever since we’ve always requested him. He is trustworthy and extremely professional. Always willing to help move and clean things up. We have used carpet tech four times now and as a stay at home mom it’s nice

Cody Lackey and Brett came by to perform a cleaning in a 1 year old home with some soiled carpet from where my older German Shepherd used to sleep. They were both extremely polite, clean and professional. They did a one pass on the carpet and we noticed it didn't quite pick up all the residue. They even noticed some other spots in the room (which admittedly I didnt even notice) where the builder stained the light gray carpet with white paint. Cody and Brett went way above and beyond by massaging the carpet with a specific treatment solution. Literally on their hands and knees so they didn't damage the new carpet pile. Carpet looked great and couldn't recommend these guys more... Awesome job!

We had a wonderful experience with Carpet Tech!! Customer service was great! Easy scheduling and a reminder phone call. Adam and his teammate showed up on time, walked through the house to give a quote, and were very knowledgeable about the types of carpet and rugs we had. They were great even with the chaos of kids and dogs in the house, and were done in less than an hour! The price was also great! We will definitely have them back regularly!

Called on a weekend, the answering service sent my info directly to a tech (Ryan) who was able to answer all of my questions and give me a ballpark estimate over the phone. Called office (spoke with Kelsey..I think!) on Monday and Ryan and Kyle were out on Wednesday to clean everything! Arrived right on time, and were done with everything (including the stairs and area rug I added at the last minute) in 1.5 hours! So far, very impressed with the staff and completed job!

This review is not so much on the quality of our carpet cleaning service because our carpet wasn’t really dirty. We sold our home and got the house professionally cleaned for the new buyer.

I was really impressed with the level of communication and professionalism displayed by Angie. She was prompt in her responses, she did exactly what she said she’d do, and the house looked even better as a result. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. I definitely plan to recommend her to others.
