Since I hardly give review, being honest the only thing i felt at times is its not a warm welcome upfront, but I guess that's ok if your car is taken care as it should. The front desk are very straight and like yes, no and go. You except like smile, a greet or friendly communication when customer service is associated. But by no means they are rude or anything.

I’ve used this shop several times now with three vehicles. I managed a service department at a luxury car dealership for 20 years so my expectations are high. Let me tell you, you won’t be disappointed. In fact I’ve brought new vehicles in in factory warranty with free maintenance and paid out of pocket because coming here is so much easier and they are reliably courteous and professional.

Rick and his team did a fantastic job! His attention to detail and knowledge base are exactly what you want when you trust someone with your vehicle.

My 2 minute synopsis and his 30 second drive into the bay was all that was needed for him to diagnose the problem. The entire experience was professional, friendly, and efficient!

Can't say enough about the services we had over the years. We live about 4 miles away and tried other auto shops in Prosper and hands down this is the best place to come to. We always have great service. They've been really good at diagnosing issues and also explaining things if they need to be done. Another big plus is their honesty. If it doesn't need to be repaired or replaced they won't do it. We never had to worry about being taking advantage of ,and nowadays that's huge! Jim and Karen K

We live near this location in Prosper and they have the best customer service. Most recently I've needed two tires replaced within a span of two weeks and they have assisted me by putting my spare on both times without cost. Over the phone, they are exceptionally courteous, friendly and willing to work the problem. They always keep me posted on what is happening and offer up solutions, still being very friendly when I turn down their offers to purchase. Class act employees at the Prosper Driver's Edge. Highly recommend!!
