We originally reached out to LivingWell because their website had very detailed information about all the communities in the DFW area. Nicole was very friendly on the phone. She patiently answered our questions and made us feel comfortable in taking the next step. We arranged to drive around different areas and look at some properties. We zeroed in on one particular community, which had limited availability. It seemed like we were going to be in for a long wait, but then something unexpected happened. That evening, Nicole reached out with a lead on a property that just became available and was able to get us in the next morning. We knew we had to jump at the opportunity and I'm so glad we did.

It was all very intense and stressful, but Nicole really had our back the entire time, which was especially important because we did our closing remotely. Nicole is super friendly, easy to work with, and extremely helpful, which explains why she has a great network and strong relationships. She was able to connect us with everyone we needed locally such as our inspector and homeowners insurance agent to name a few. We thanked her so many times over text that I lost count. Without Nicole, I doubt I'd be sitting here in Texas right now writing this review. We love our new place and are so grateful to Nicole for all her help. Thanks Nicole!

I have been working with Nicole for the last 6 months in getting a new house built in the North Dallas area.
I was a little afraid of the process of being able to monitor the progress and being able to interact with the builder from two timezones away. That's where Nicole stepped in and allow a very fluid experience. Not only her knowledge of the area helped getting the proper resources mobilized but her knowledge of the builders and the people in the different builders helped getting our house built pretty much as expected. The regular video updates supplemented with the occasional photos of a specific items (like the electrical box outside, or a detailed of the roof line...) helped not only getting the house built but prepare for some of the changes we will have to do post construction. We are already looking at the next house and Nicole will be our first choice to conduct the real estate aspect of the transaction.

Nicole has been an absolute blessing during our first home buying experience! She brings a fantastic level of professionalism & honestness that we really appreciate. Nicole was very responsive & informative on any issues or questions we had, going above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. We couldn't be more thankful for Nicole during this process.
